Two line graphs show drug concentration over time in rabbit eye tissues (iris ciliary body and aqueous humor) after a single dose. The preservative-free bimatoprost 0.01% gel reaches higher concentrations than bimatoprost 0.01% and is comparable to bimatoprost 0.03% within the first few hours. All treatments peak around 1-2 hours and then decline to near zero by 8-10 hours. Overall, the preservative-free gel demonstrates strong penetration without increasing the dose.
