How does it work for the Patient?
Patients will receive a text from 744-579 with a link to complete enrollment and be guided through the process. ZOLYMBUS is delivered directly to the patient’s home at no cost. Refill reminders are automatically provided after the first order.
If a prior authorization is required, PhilRx will help support the eye care professional through the process. Patients can either use their insurance benefit or choose the Cash Program with the home delivery option. Prescription cost can depend on patient eligibility and their coverage choice.
