High Levels of Patient Satisfaction

Patient and investigator satisfaction provides valuable insight into the overall treatment experience. In the Phase III clinical development program, satisfaction was assessed at Weeks 2, 6, and 12 in the US study.1

of investigators and patients rated the tolerance of bimatoprost 0.01% PF gel as satisfactory or very satisfactory1

>93% Patient Satisfaction

US Phase III study methodology: Prospective, multicenter, randomized, investigator-masked Phase III non-inferiority trial in patients with OAG or OHT comparing preservative-free bimatoprost 0.01% gel with bimatoprost 0.01% over 12 weeks. Following a washout period of up to 7 weeks depending on prior therapy, IOP was measured at 8 AM, 10 AM, and 4 PM at baseline and Weeks 2, 6, and 12; safety and tolerability were assessed throughout. Global tolerance was assessed by investigators and patients at Weeks 2, 6, and 12 using a 4-point scale ranging from very satisfactory to unsatisfactory. Patients also completed the Treatment Satisfaction Survey–IOP (TSS-IOP) questionnaire at each post-baseline visit.1
